my dad had cancer and this hospice did NOTHING to help him nothing no guidance what’s so ever i am utterly disappointed in this place he sadly passed away and this hospice didn’t even bother to reach out to us

All staff treated John with dignity, respect and care. I was also treated with the utmost care and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble from all staff.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and service here at Trinity through my dad's last days. They could not do enough for us and a distressing time was made much easier.

Seen on time. Everything explained very well. The lady that I saw had obviously read my records very well and knew what was going on.
Suggested improvements
Bit chilly in the waiting room - do not think it need air conditioning that day.

The service was faultless. Treat my family with so much respect and dignity. Nurses with amazing and so caring.
